Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Perfection Production, a trading name of Perfection Group LTD.
By booking our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Booking & Payments
A 50% deposit may be required to secure your booking.
Final payment is due before delivery of final files unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Late payments may result in delays to delivery.
Deposits are non-refundable once production is booked.
2. Revisions
All projects include up to 2 revision rounds.
Additional revisions or major changes outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
3. Delivery Timelines
Delivery times vary depending on project scope, client response times, and revision requests. Estimated timelines will be discussed before production begins.
4. Usage & Ownership
Final deliverables become the Client’s property once full payment has been received.
Raw footage and project files remain the property of Perfection Production unless agreed otherwise.
Perfection Production may use completed work for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes unless agreed otherwise in writing.
5. File Storage
Project files and raw footage are stored for up to 6 months after project completion. After this period, files may be deleted.
6. Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for:
Providing accurate project information
Securing permissions for filming locations where required
Responding to feedback and approvals promptly
Paying invoices on time
7. Travel & Additional Costs
Travel, accommodation, parking, permits, or other production-related expenses may be charged separately where applicable.
8. Cancellation
Cancellations made after booking may result in loss of deposit and charges for work already completed.
9. Liability
Perfection Production is not liable for delays or issues caused by circumstances outside reasonable control, including weather, technical failures, or third-party disruptions.
10. Acceptance
By booking services with Perfection Production, the Client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
