To ensure your property looks its absolute best on camera and to help us capture stunning marketing content efficiently, please complete the following checklist before our arrival.

General

☐ Turn on all lights throughout the property
☐ Replace any blown light bulbs
☐ Open all blinds and curtains to maximise natural light
☐ Remove personal photographs where possible
☐ Hide cables, chargers, remotes, and everyday clutter
☐ Empty bins and remove cleaning products from sight
☐ Ensure all rooms are clean, tidy, and presentable

Kitchen

☐ Clear worktops of unnecessary items
☐ Put away washing-up, dish racks, and cleaning products
☐ Hide tea towels and sponges
☐ Ensure appliances are clean and fingerprint-free

Living Areas

☐ Arrange cushions neatly
☐ Fold blankets and throws neatly
☐ Remove children's toys and pet accessories
☐ Dust surfaces and clean glass tables

Bedrooms
☐ Clear bedside tables of personal items
☐ Remove laundry baskets, clothing, and shoes
☐ Tidy wardrobes if visible

Bathrooms

☐ Close toilet lids
☐ Remove toiletries, toothbrushes, and cleaning products
☐ Clean mirrors, taps, and shower screens

Exterior & Garden

☐ Move vehicles away from the front of the property where possible
☐ Mow lawns and tidy garden areas
☐ Clear driveways, pathways, and patios of clutter
☐ Clean outdoor furniture and arrange neatly

Final Touches Before We Arrive

☐ Turn off televisions and computer screens
☐ Secure pets in a separate area if required
☐ Ensure all areas we are photographing are accessible
☐ Complete the checklist at least 30 minutes before the scheduled shoot time

Spending 15–20 minutes completing this checklist can make a significant difference to the final marketing content. The better prepared the property is, the more impactful the final photos and videos will be, helping attract more interest and showcase the home at its very best!
